We endeavour to ship your order within 48 hours and email you in the event an item is sold out.
Please note we do not ship on weekends or public holidays, so orders placed Friday, Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
Please be aware that your local customs office might impose additional charges (Import Tax and Duties) If these are charged they are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be paid before the goods can be released.
We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 working days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or refund.
If for any reason you wish to exchange or refund an item you must notify us within 3 working days of receiving the goods by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer is responsible for return postage and we will send out replaced items free of charge.
Items to be returned must be done so within 7 business days and be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed with all original ticketing and labels intact.
