- If for any reason you wish to exchange or refund an item you must, within 3 business days of receiving the goods, notify us by email to email@example.com.
- The customer is responsible for return postage and we will send out replaced items free of charge.
- Items to be returned must be done so within 7 business days and be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed with all original ticketing and labels intact.

We also recommend that you send the goods back in a trackable post bag and keep a record of the tracking number.
